1. Liberate yourself from past suffering, limited behaviors and beliefs.
Imagine for a moment if you were more free from your past. What would that change in your life? You wouldn't have to think about it anymore and if you did, you'd feel more detached, free. Then you could really focus on what matters today and have all your energy and mind engaged in the now.
The good news is that you are already free from the past, because it is over. It is the memories of the past and the emotions attached to them that make you either feel good or bad about them. At this workshop, you'll learn a simple and effective technique to be more free from your past experiences. This technique has been used for thousands of years by healers and shamans that needed to have as much freedom, power and energy as possible to do their work. It also helps you see patterns in your life and helps you be more detached from them. As a result you are more free to change how you show up in life.
2. Enhance Awareness, Presence and Reconnect to who you really are.
Have you ever tried to quiet your mind? To meditate? And to struggle so much to keep those thoughts under control?
Guess what? Your are not alone.
The thinking mind, by nature, is very hypnotic and can hijack your attention so easily that it can be difficult to slow it down and be more at peace sometimes. The truth is that it really depends on how you go about it. There are many mistakes that we can do when we try to meditate that can simply create an unpleasant experience.
One of them is to try to control your thoughts. Most of your thoughts are generated automatically and by associations which means that you don't create them consciously. You become aware of them after they are appearing, on their own, in your mind. So to try to control the process of association is impossible. Then the question is: What can you do about it, especially when the thoughts showing up are not empowering and "negative"?
You take your attention back. You control your attention not your thoughts. At this workshop, you'll learn some techniques to do just that and to do that well. Once you have more control over your attention, you can place it where you want and create beautiful states and experiences.
As hypnotherapists, we have to be able to quickly help someone quiet their mind so that they can go into a deeper state where solutions can be found and change can happen. This is why mixing tools that come from hypnosis and meditation can help you take shortcuts and experience a more successful meditation. By meditation I mean being more present, here and now, naturally connected to who you are instead of orbiting around yourself identifying to a false idea about yourself, especially when it's based on past suffering.
3. Program Your Brain to Get the Life you want using the Power of your Subconscious mind.
When we practice something we become good at it, no matter what it is. It doesn't matter if it makes you feel good or bad, the more you focus on something and rehearse it, the more neuro-connections you grow in your brain and the easier it is for you to fire those connections. As a result, the behavior or program is quickly running on its own which is thanks to this amazing intelligence we call the subconscious or unconscious. It's great when the behavior is supporting you to be happy and successful. It's not when it's pulling you backward and preventing you from creating the life you want. At this workshop you'll learn how to successfully stop old patterns and recreate new ones. This is where using hypnosis becomes really helpful. Hypnosis is a relaxed and focused state that allows you to reprogram your brain faster by creating a vivid experience. When you become the change you want to make under hypnosis, your brain remembers and plays it again. With some rehearsal, you then have created a new way of thinking, feeling and behaving. A new you!
